Bring in item 4 of the Rules of determination of minimum price of nikotinsoderzhashchy products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 14, 2024 No. 301 "About procedure for determination of minimum price of nikotinsoderzhashchy products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 13, the Art. 1782), the following changes:
a) word in paragraph one shall be replaced with words "(tobacco products)" "(products with the heated tobacco)";
b) in paragraph four of the word of "(tobacco products)" shall be replaced with words "(products with the heated tobacco)".
