Determine that cash write-off from the special ruble account specified in part 14 of article 9 of the Federal Law "About Control of Activities of Persons Which Are under Foreign Influence" is performed according to the obligations of the foreign agent arising in case of collection by the authorized bank determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to part 18 of article 9 of the Federal Law "About Control of Activities of Persons Which Are under Foreign Influence", the commission for servicing of the specified account.
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
