About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning military service in reserve and redistributions of functions of separate central state bodies

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2003:

Article 1 to add 1) with subitem 21-3) of the following content:

"21-3) monitoring and assessment of meliorative condition of the irrigated lands - complex of the prospecting works directed to assessment of meliorative condition of the irrigated lands and development of recommendations about their improvement;";

"28-7) develops and approves rules of subsidizing:

costs of services in water supply to agricultural producers;

on compensation of part of the expenses incurred by agricultural producers in case of the investment investments directed to implementation of water saving technologies of irrigation;

28-8) develops and approves rules of conducting monitoring and assessment of meliorative condition of the irrigated lands;

28-9) will organize carrying out monitoring and assessment of meliorative condition of the irrigated lands;";

"Specialized public institutions" to exclude 3) in Item 7 of Article 95 of the word;

Item 1 of Article 135 to add 4) with subitems 7-1) and 7-2) of the following content:

"7-1) subsidizing of cost of services in water supply to agricultural producers;

7-2) subsidizing on compensation of part of the expenses incurred by agricultural producers in case of the investment investments directed to implementation of water saving technologies of irrigation;".
