For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 1, 2024 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning yarn from jute fibers or other textile bast fibers" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 13

1. Determine that the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry (further – Bellegprom concern) issues confirmation about reference of the imported yarn from jute fibers or other textile bast fibers classified by codes 5307 10 000 0 and 5307 20 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further if other is not provided, – goods), to the goods specified in part one of subitem 7.1.68 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further – confirmation).

2. For receipt of confirmation the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further – interested persons), address to Bellegprom concern with submission of the following documents:

the statement in any form with indication of data on the name of goods, commodity code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the CN FEA EEU), quantity of imported goods and their cost, and also about the organization performing their import;

copies of agreements in foreign trade according to which commodity importation is provided;

the certificate of products (works, services) of own production in the course of which production goods are used, issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

3. The documents specified in Item 2 of this resolution are represented to Bellegprom concern during acceptance of the interested person, or by means of mail service, or the courier (courier).
