About the course of accomplishment of interstate procedures for the international treaties signed within EurAsEC and increase in role of parliaments in legislative ensuring their realization
The bureau of Inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:
1. Take into consideration information of the member of EurAsEC MPA Bureau, the chairman of Committee of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for the Commonwealth of Independent States V. A. Gustov on the course of accomplishment of interstate procedures for entry into force of the international treaties signed within EurAsEC and increase in role of parliaments in legislative ensuring their realization.
2. Ask parliaments to consider condition of accomplishment of interstate procedures for the international treaties signed within Community and together with the governments of state members of EurAsEC to initiate acceleration of introduction of contracts for ratification.
3. According to the procedure of information to consider question of condition of ratification processes and synchronization of terms of accomplishment of interstate procedures at the sixth meeting of Inter-parliamentary Assembly.
