About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2018 No. 670 and of September 24, 2021 No. 548
Based on part two of Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for the admission of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to implementation of activities for disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2018 No. 670:
to add Item 2 after the word of "entrepreneurs" with words "(further if other is not provided, – the interested person)";
in item 4:
in paragraph one:
the words "monthly term" shall be replaced with words "current of 15 working days";
before the words "on the basis" to add the paragraph with the words "or its territorial organizations";
in paragraphs three and the fourth "applicant" shall be replaced with words the word "interested person";
to exclude paragraphs of the fifth and sixth;
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. For the purpose of establishment of reliability of the data specified in the documents submitted by the interested person for the admission to implementation of activities for disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material, the public institution "Main state inspectorate for seed farming, quarantine and protection of plants" or its territorial organizations within the term of implementation of ministerial procedure inspect the venue of disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material and draw up the statement of inspection of the venue of disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material in form according to appendix.";
