About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for issue of permissions to carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles by diagnostic stations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2009 No. 1079:

"4. Issue, modification and cancellation of permissions are performed by the republican unitary enterprise "The BELARUSIAN RESEARCH INSTITUTION of TRANSPORT "TRANSTEHNIKA" (further-BELNIIT Transtekhnika)".;
