About modification of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" concerning recognition of the results of training received by citizens of Ukraine abroad
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (2020, No. 31, the Art. 226) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part six of the following content:
"6. Citizens of Ukraine have the right to recognition of the results of training received by them by formal and/or informal education at the subjects of educational activities placed abroad (except the state recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the state aggressor or the state invader), according to the procedure, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of publication of this Law to adopt the regulatory legal act necessary for implementation of this Law.
