About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents confirming citizenship of Ukraine, proving the identity or her special status" concerning release of persons who were in places of unfreedom owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine from payment of administrative collection for execution of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents confirming citizenship of Ukraine, proving the identity or her special status" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 51, Art. 716 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. The fourth articles 20 after paragraph two to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:
"For registration to person which was in places of unfreedom owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine administrative collection is not levied if such person within one year from the date of its dismissal submits the application for execution of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine and information on stay of such person in places of unfreedom obtained in the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine with indication of date of dismissal".
With respect thereto third - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the eighth.
2. The fourth to state the paragraph to part six of Article 21 in the following edition:
"The passport of the citizen of Ukraine is issued to persons determined by paragraphs to the third and fourth part four of article 20 of this Law not later than in three working days from the date of execution of the statement questionnaire on its obtaining given within one year from the date of dismissal of such person".
