About acquisition of the equipment necessary for construction of power units No. 3 and No. 4 of the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, considering strategic importance of nuclear power for development of Ukraine, aiming to compensate capacities of the Ukrainian power supply system which were lost in connection with temporary occupation of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant and regular massive rocket attacks from the state aggressor, and also considering numerous notes to the bill of Ukraine on placement, designing and construction of power units No. 3 and No. 4 of the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant (the register. No. 11146 of 03:04. 2024), adopts this Law.
This Law establishes the legal basis and the national atomic power generation company "Energoatom" for acquisition of separately certain equipment necessary for future construction of power units No. 3 and No. 4 of the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant grants permission to joint-stock company "(Further - the Khmelnytskyi NPP).

"The national atomic power generation company "Energoatom" is provided to joint-stock company permission to the conclusion of the contract with public power utility company of the Republic of Bulgaria "The national EAD electric Company" ("Natsionalna Elektricheska Kompania EAD") which subject will be acquisition of the equipment (the case of nuclear reactors completing to them, other related equipment) necessary for future construction of power units No. 3 and No. 4 of the Khmelnytskyi NPP (further - the Purchase and sale agreement of the equipment).
2. "The national atomic power generation company "Energoatom" is provided to joint-stock company resolution to negotiating, approval of final version of the Purchase and sale agreement of the equipment, its signing, implementation of payment in accordance with the terms of such agreement, acceptance and storage of the equipment acquired based on such agreement.
