About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of formation of rehabilitation services by organizations (the rehabilitation help)
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In article 77 of the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, Art. No. 38-39, 380):
state the name in the following edition:
"Article 77. The organization of medical attendance and rehabilitation in education system";
add with part two of the following content:
"2. Educational institutions can provide to persons with special educational needs and to other persons, in particular the military personnel, persons discharged from military service, to the veterans of war, persons having special merits before the Homeland, rehabilitation services (the rehabilitation help) according to the procedures determined by the legislation".
2. In part two of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, the Art. 226):
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"special school organization of general secondary education for persons with the special educational needs caused by violations of intellectual development, physical, mental and/or touch violations, disorders of behavior";
after the paragraph of the fourth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Special facilities of general secondary education can provide rehabilitation services (the rehabilitation help) to persons with special educational needs and to other persons with violations of sight and/or hearing, in particular to the military personnel, persons discharged from military service, to the veterans of war, persons having special merits before the Homeland".
