About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of finance lease (leasing)

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following change:

in the Regulations on leasing activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the paragraph the second Item 9 of the word "and/or physical" to exclude.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
