About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and some other laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for failure to provide of information access about use of public means

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

1. In Article 38:

in part one of the word "in part seven" shall be replaced with words "in parts nine and the tenth";

in part two of the word "in parts three-the sixth" shall be replaced with words "in parts of the third or eighth";

in part four of the word and figure "Article 51 and parts three - the sixth Article 164-14, Articles 212-15, 212-21" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Articles 51, 212-15, 212-21";

after part six to add with two new parts of the following content:

"Administrative punishment for making of the offenses provided by parts three - the sixth Article 164-14 of this Code, can be imposed within one year from the date of its identification, but no later than two years from the date of its making.

Administrative punishment for making of the offenses provided by parts one - the fourth Article 188-19 of this Code, can be imposed within one year from the date of its making".

With respect thereto the seventh and eighth to consider parts respectively parts nine and the tenth;

after part nine to add with new part of the following content:

"Administrative punishment for making of the offenses provided by parts twelve and the thirteenth Article 212-3 of this Code can be imposed within one year from the date of its making".

With respect thereto the tenth to consider part part eleven.

2. In Article 212-3:

in paragraph one of part one of the word "About Openness of Use of Public Means" to exclude;

add with parts twelve and the thirteenth the following content:
