Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, the Art. 2080, No. 52, the Art. 2981) and of March 20, 2022 No. 326 "About the approval of the Procedure for determination of damage and losses caused to Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1413, No. 71, the Art. 4309) changes which are applied.

1. In Regulations on the assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222:
The second Item 6 of the word "gas pipelines and gas distribution stations" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "gas transmission and gas-distributing systems, storages of natural gas";
"Gas pipelines and gas distribution stations" shall be replaced with words 2) in the text of appendix 2 to word Provision "gas transmission and gas-distributing systems, storages of natural gas".
