1) in Article 151:

a) add with part shestoy.1 the following content:

"6.1. If during preliminary inquiry it becomes known of making of the new crime specified in Item of 1 part three of article 150 of this Code (except for the crime specified in Item 3 parts three of this Article or the crime committed by persons specified in subitems "b" and "v" of Item of 1 part two of this Article), preliminary inquiry can be made by the investigator of the body which revealed this crime in the presence of the bases for connection of the criminal cases provided by parts one and the second Article 153 of this Code.";

b) part the seventh after words of "preliminary inquiry" to add with the words "except for the case provided by part shestoy.1 this Article";

"Article 153.1. Excitement and connection of criminal cases in case of identification of new crime during preliminary inquiry

If during preliminary inquiry it becomes known of making of the new crime carried to competence of the same body of preliminary inquiry and in the presence of the bases for connection of the criminal cases provided by parts one and the second Article 153 of this Code, the investigator, the investigator have the right without allocation in separate production of materials to bring criminal case which unites with the investigated criminal case according to Article part three 153 of this Code.".
