Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 15, 2019 No. 395 "Questions of the State Tax Administration" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 41, Art. 1444; 2023, No. 59, the Art. 3298) and of October 28, 2021 No. 1127 "Some questions of application of separate provisions of the legislation in the course of reorganization of the Public fiscal service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 87, Art. 5583; 2022, No. 8, the Art. 429) changes which are applied.

On partial change of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 15, 2019 to approve No. 395 "Question of the State Tax Administration" as the commission chairman on reorganization of the Public fiscal service of the head of department of state-owned property and resource providing Department of infrastructure and economic providing the State Tax Administration Shashenkov Yaroslav Olegovich, having exempted from accomplishment of these obligations of Titarchuk Mikhail Ivanovich.
