About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1399, No. 40, the Art. 2167, No. 60, the Art. 3597, No. 75, Art. 4545; 2023, No. 27, Art. 1514; 2024, No. 51, the Art. 3098, No. 77, the Art. 4546) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that the entries into force of this resolution by subjects of managing of the declaration on implementation of economic activity given about one day on placement of outdoor advertizing are valid within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution. During the specified term subjects of managing for further implementation of such activities shall receive the relevant allowing documents according to the procedure, terms and on conditions, stipulated by the legislation.

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"1) in the period of warlike situation the declaration on implementation of economic activity (further - the declaration) granting the right to implementation of certain actions for implementation of economic activities / type of economic activity or part of type of economic activity except types of economic activity according to the list according to appendix 2, moves subjects of managing in bodies of licensing, allowing bodies and subjects of provision public (electronic public) services and shall contain data according to appendix 1.";
