- increase, official pay rates of employees of other organizations of education, sciences, cultures, sport, health care, organizations of the sphere of social protection, employees of law enforcement agencies, the military personnel, authorities and public administration and other budgetary institutions on 20 percent;

- increase, the size of basic salary for calculation of official pay rate of workers of health sector by 20 percent and to establish 744 somoni in the amount;
