1. The procedure for recognition and determination of equivalence (nostrification) of education documents of foreign states (further - this Procedure) regulates rules of recognition and determination of equivalence (nostrification) of education documents of foreign state in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Recognition and determination of equivalence (nostrification) of education documents of foreign states in the Republic of Tajikistan is performed by authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education (further – authorized body) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Education documents of the foreign states having bilateral and multi-lateral agreements with the Republic of Tajikistan and also education documents of the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan studying in foreign states on the basis of the International grant of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan of Durakhshandagon are recognized and considered as equivalent (nostrifitsirovanny).
