About modification of some orders of the Government of rather administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Finance (change of the regulatory base connected with the Law No. 47/2024)

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 696/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 329, Art. 801), with subsequent changes, to add Item 9 with subitem 19-1) of the following content:

"19-1) submits to the Government for review of the offer on position assignment and dismissal or dismissal of c it the head of the administrative authority subordinated to the ministry, according to the law;".

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 938/2023 about the organization and functioning of the State inspection of financial control (2023, 1133) Items 14 and 15 to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 465-467, in the following edition:

"14. Inspection is headed by the chief of Inspection appointed to position and dismissed or dismissed by c it according to the law the Government according to the proposal of the Minister of Finance.
