On regulation of net profit of the state companies and economic societies in which the state has share in the authorized capital

According to article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state companies", articles 36 and 44 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About joint-stock companies", articles 32 and 36 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About limited liability companies" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To the state companies and economic societies which more than 50 percent of the authorized capital belong to the state, after tax payment of 10 percent from the net profit falling to the share of the state by results of financial and economic activities for 2024 and the next years to transfer into the republican budget no later than the July 1 following after accounting year. This provision is not applied to the state credit and insurance companies.

2. To the central public authorities and local executive bodies of the government:

- in accordance with the established procedure to take measures for ensuring accomplishment of Item 1 of this resolution and distribution of the remained net profit, belonging to share of the state, including in fund of development of production in the amount of 70 percent, in fund of social development in the amount of 10 percent, in fund of financial incentive in the amount of 10 percent and in other funds (insurance, reserve and others) in the amount of 10 percent;
