About modification of some regulations (updating of the regulatory base concerning policy in the field of town planning, arrangement of the territory and construction)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on industrial parks No. 182/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 561), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 15 to state 4) in the following edition:
"(4) delivery Conditions in lease/employment/superficies of the lands, buildings, infrastructure and other fixed assets belonging or transferred to use to managing enterprise are established in the agreements signed between managing enterprise and residents of the industrial park.
