About modification of some regulations (assistance of activities of the entrepreneurial circle VII)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 7-1 in the following edition:

"Article 7-1. Obligation on acceptance of cashless payments

1. Business entities (except savings and loan associations and non-bank credit institutions) shall provide acceptance of cashless payments in Moldovan lei through the payment service providers licensed by National Bank of Moldova. This obligation is subject to accomplishment till July 1 of the next year in physical divisions (except networks of small retail trade) which sales volume within prior calendar year in wholesale and/or retail trade and/or from rendering services with use of the control and cash equipment exceeded 500 000 lei. This obligation extends also to service providers of information society.

2. Provisions of Item 1 are not applied if:

– in the specified divisions payments were made only in non-cash form, except for made by licensed banks;

– the specified divisions are in villages (communes), except the municipiums and the cities which are part.".

2. In item 4 of Article 24 to exclude the second paragraph.

3. In Article 34:

add Item 1 with the following offer: "Liquidation of the company is performed according to provisions of the Civil code No. 1107/2002 and Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220/2007.";

the subitem 4) of letter b) Item 2 to declare invalid.

4. Recognize Articles 35 and 36 invalid.

Art. II. – Article 14-4 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: 2005, 200), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 59-61, in the following edition:
