About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2020 No. 142 "About dividends on the state blocks of shares and the income on the state shares in the organizations"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2020 No. 142 "About dividends on the state blocks of shares and the income on the state shares in the organizations" the following amendment:

add with Item 3-13 of the following content:

"3-13. The Center of Electronic Finance joint-stock company which hundred percent of shares is in state-owned property is exempted from dividend payout on the state block of shares following the results of 2024 - 2026 for the purpose of development and upgrade of the integrated automated information system E-Ministry of Finance, and also other information systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan accompanied with Center of Electronic Finance joint-stock company.

To the state body performing rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of Center of Electronic Finance joint-stock company to provide control of target use of the means specified in part one of this Item with informing authorized bodies on state planning and state-owned property annually, till December 31, from 2025 to 2027.".
