About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 541

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of evaluating compliance of the applicant to licensed requirements and (or) mandatory requirements within provision of the subject of the Russian Federation of the state service by executive body, stipulated in Article 19 (regarding licensing) the Federal Law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 541 "About approval of Rules of evaluating compliance of the applicant to licensed requirements and (or) mandatory requirements within provision of the subject of the Russian Federation of the state service by executive body, stipulated in Article 19 (regarding licensing) the Federal Law "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and about restriction of consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 15, Art. 2465; No. 51, Art. 9233).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
