1. Bring in the Rules of marking by means of identification of tobacco and nikotinsoderzhashchy products and the organization of traceability of tobacco and nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for production of such products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 28, 2019 No. 224 "About approval of Rules of marking by means of identification of tobacco and nikotinsoderzhashchy products and the organization of traceability of tobacco and nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for production of such products and also about the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning tobacco and nikotinsoderzhashchy products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 11, Art. 1117; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1345; No. 27, Art. 4238; 2021, No. 6, Art. 976; 2022, No. 9, Art. 1344; No. 49, Art. 8690; 2024, No. 11, Art. 1513), following changes:

a) in the paragraph the fortieth Item 2 of the word "The Federal Law "The Technical Regulation on Tobacco Products" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Law "The Technical Regulation on Not Smoking Tobacco Products";

b) in paragraph six of Item 52 of the word "tobacco (tobacco products)" shall be replaced with words "tobacco (products with the heated tobacco)";

c) in the Section III of appendix to the specified Rules of the word "tobacco (tobacco products)" shall be replaced with words "tobacco (products with the heated tobacco)".
