In recent years in our country the system work directed to improvement of quality of services in collection and export of waste and active involvement of subjects of entrepreneurship to this sphere is carried out.
At the same time because of growth of receivables of the population for the rendered services in collection and export of waste there is need of increase in level of payment discipline for these services.
This Law to Civil and Housing codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the competition" and "About power industry" makes the additions and changes providing establishment of the precepts of law directed to temporary restriction of acceptance of payments for the electric power from the consumers having debt on obligatory payments for services in collection and export of municipal solid waste before elimination of this debt after their notification by means of the short message (SMS).
This Law will serve strengthening of payment discipline for the services rendered to the population on collection and export of waste and decrease in receivables of the population on these services.
