This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the additions and change establishing responsibility for non-compliance with requirements for protection of atmospheric air on building sites.
This Law will serve improvement of ecological situation, prevention of pollution of atmospheric air, and also increase in responsibility of officials of the construction organizations for environmental protection.
