About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" and some other legal acts of Ukraine of rather legal basis of education and functioning of Specialized district administrative court and Specialized Appeal administrative court

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 31:

the second to add part with Items 3 and 4 of the following content:

"3) Specialized district administrative court;

4) Specialized Appeal administrative court";

the first offer of part four to state in the following edition:

"4. As a part of the supreme specialized court trial chambers for consideration of separate categories of cases in the first instance, and also appeal chamber for hearing of cases in appellate instance can be formed".

2. To add the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" with Items 63-87 of the following content:

"63. Tender on holding the posts of judges of Specialized district administrative court and Specialized Appeal administrative court appears the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine concerning formation of Specialized district administrative court and Specialized Appeal administrative court.

64. Within three years from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" and some other legal acts of Ukraine of rather legal basis of education and functioning of Specialized district administrative court and Specialized Appeal administrative court":

1) tender on holding the posts of judges of Specialized district administrative court and Specialized Appeal administrative court is carried out taking into account the features provided by this Section;
