Make change in § 84 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Cabinet of Ministers can repeal completely or in separate part acts of the central executive bodies for the purpose of deregulation of economic activity. The draft of the corresponding order of the Cabinet of Ministers prepares Ministry of Economics based on offers of the central executive bodies on the questions carried to their competence.".
