About modification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2013 No. 879
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2013 No. 879 "Some questions of conversion of goods outside customs area of Ukraine and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 461" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 97, of the Art. 3578), having added with its Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine that the requirement about obligatory return to customs area of Ukraine and release in free circulation of products of conversion and the goods placed in customs regime of conversion outside customs area, and also remaining balance of conversion of the goods formed as a result of implementation of transactions on their conversion outside customs area of Ukraine does not extend to transactions on conversion of precious metals and waste of precious metals outside customs area of Ukraine which are performed by National Bank according to the Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of production, production and use of precious metals and gemstones and control of transactions with them" and "About the National Bank of Ukraine".".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
