Bring in the Technique of determination of starting price of the sale at auction (the electronic biddings) of special permission to mineral right approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 15, 2004 No. 1374 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 42, Art. 2772; 2020, No. 81, Art. 2612; 2022, No. 61, Art. 3663; 2023, No. 72, the Art. 4115), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Technique of determination of starting price of sale at auction (the electronic biddings) of special permission to mineral right

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The price of unit of products of the mountain company - the extracted mineral (mineral raw materials) (Tso) is determined for settlement date and is equal:

1) to the actual sales price of natural gas, the oil and condensate promulgated on the official website of Ministry of Economics;

2) to the price determined according to this Technique on all other minerals by processing of the initial information received from:

a) GNS which determines average price of products of the mountain companies (further - the price) based on the indicators specified in appendix 1 to the Tax declaration on the rent payment approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of August 17, 2015 No. 719 (further - the Declaration), for the last accounting period, the term of submission of the reporting for which stepped on the moment of provision of price information.
