About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for persons, concerning which established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376 with the following changes):

Article 14 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) Pension fund - for persons specified in Item 15 of article 11 of this Law (except the military personnel, police officers, faces of the private and the commanding structure, including those which pass military service during the special period determined by the laws of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" "About conscription and military service" and receive cash cover)";

2) in Article 21 part five:

after the paragraph of the seventh to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The information about persons specified in Item 15 of article 11 of this Law moves the Pension fund according to the Unified register of persons concerning whom established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the eighth the paragraph the ninth;

in paragraph nine word "fourth or seventh" shall be replaced with words "fourth or eighth";

In paragraph three of part one and the paragraph twenty third parts two of Article of the 40th figure and the word "7, 8, 9 and 14" to replace 3) with figures and the word "7, 8, 9, 14 and 15".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 2-3, of Art. 11 with the following changes):
