About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning preparation, continuous professional development and professional activity by professions in the field of health care

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 4-2 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) after part four to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with new part of the following content:

"Professional standards by professions in the field of health care affirm after their approval by the central executive body providing forming and realizes state policy in the field of health care, and the representative All-Ukrainian Union of labor unions in the field of health care".

With respect thereto the fifth - the eighth to consider parts respectively parts six - the ninth.

2. In Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with the following changes):

1) in Article 3 part one:

to state determination of the term "health care" in the following edition:

"health care system of the actions directed to preserving and recovery of physiological and psychological functions, optimum efficiency and social activity of the person at the maximum biologically possible individual duration of his life. Such actions perform public authorities and local government bodies, their officials, healthcare institutions, physical persons - the entrepreneurs registered in the procedure established by the law and who obtained the license for the right of implementation of economic activity on medical practice, workers of health sector, public associations and citizens";

add taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:
