About modification of the Land code No. 22/2024

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Land code No. 22/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 93-95, 137) to make the following changes:

1. In Article 23:

part (to add 2) with Items i) – k) the following content:

"i) for construction of wind power installations;

j) for construction of accumulator storage systems of energy;

k) for construction of biogas installations.";

3. Add Article 29 with part (5) the following content:

"(5) Provisions of this Article are applied to roads/sidings to the objects specified in Items d) and i) – k) parts (2) Article 23.".
