In recent years in our country system work on providing guarantees of labor rights of citizens and implementation of international standards is carried out to the national legal system.
At the same time there is need for further enhancement of acts of the legislation in connection with creation of additional conveniences to citizens by development and digitalization of system of rendering the state services and reorganization of republican executive bodies within administrative reforms.
This Law to the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the additions and changes providing implementation of procedure for execution of the employment contract electronically in the interdepartmental hardware and software "Single National System of Work", change of procedure for determination of leave duration non-paid and about calculation of the average salary of the worker.
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education" the changes specifying types of the educational organizations in which workers can study on evening or extramural studies are made. Also ban on dismissal of the worker for the reasons connected with pregnancy or the child's availability is imposed.
This Law also makes changes according to which state bodies and the organizations in case of employment independently request, including through interdepartmental integration platforms in information systems, data on the passport or the identification ID card, the service record of person going to work.
This Law will serve providing guarantees of labor rights of citizens, ensuring transition to electronic system of the relations in the field of work, and also to prevention of cases of reclamation of excess documents from the citizens going to work in state bodies and the organizations.
