About modification of article 1 of the Law on temporary import licensing of grain and oil-bearing crops No. 170/2024
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 1 of the Law on temporary import licensing of grain and oil-bearing crops No. 170/2024 (2024, Art. No. 302-304, 442) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (1-1) following content:
"(1-1) Operation of this law does not extend to import of the grain and oil-bearing crops coming from the countries, share of import of grain and oil-bearing crops from which to the Republic of Moldova on average in three consecutive years does not exceed 10 percent from the total amount of import to the Republic of Moldova of grain and oil-bearing crops of the corresponding tariff line items established by the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172/2014.".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
