In this regard for ensuring stable delivery of energy resources and rendering high-quality services to consumers from suppliers of heat and electrical energy there is need of timely debt collection on payment for the delivered energy.
Besides, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" provides payment of the state fee for accreditation of representative offices of the foreign commercial organizations. At the same time it is not specified for what period of accreditation the state fee is paid.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" makes the additions and changes providing release of suppliers of heat and electrical energy from payment of the state fee in case of the appeal to civil and economic courts with claims, statements and claims for debt collection for payment respectively for delivery services of heat and electrical energy, and also possibility of collection of this state fee from these suppliers in case of complete or partial refusal in satisfaction of their requirements.
