In recent years in our country the system work directed to regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market, ensuring the state control in the field of turnover of alcoholic and tobacco products is carried out.
At the same time in connection with enhancement of activities of Inspectorate for regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market under Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan there is need for refining of its powers for legal acts.
This Law to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" and "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures" makes the changes determining powers of Inspection as the authorized state body exercising control of observance of licensed and notifying procedures in the field of production and wholesale trade of consumer and technical etily alcohol, alcoholic and tobacco products, and also requirements to their wholesale trade.
Besides, in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" the payment due date of the annual state fee for the granted license for activities for production of consumer and technical ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products, and also for wholesale trade is determined by alcoholic products.
Also in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About restriction of distribution and the use of alcoholic and tobacco products" the regulation providing possibility of implementation of activities for wholesale trade by beer and beer drinks and also on wholesale and retail trade by tobacco products by the direction of the notification is brought in authorized state body about the beginning of such activities.
