In recent years in our country number of events for strengthening of guarantees of the rights of the child to education, the organizations of provision of educational services on the basis of international standards, to assistance to spiritual and physical development of children is held.
The special place in ensuring receipt of general average by children, secondary vocational or primary professional education, in creation of conditions for their intellectual, spiritual and physical development is occupied by the parents or persons replacing them.
With respect thereto for the purpose of strengthening of responsibility of the parents and persons replacing them regarding fulfillment of duties on training of children, and also providing guarantees of the right of the child to education additions and changes are made to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About guarantees of the rights of the child".
This Law will serve providing guarantees of the right of the child to education and its harmonious development as persons.
