The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2023 No. 896 "About acquisition of rights the block of shares of Investment Fund of Kazakhstan joint-stock company according to the gift agreement and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 1999 No. 659 "About assignment of rights on ownership and use of the state blocks of shares and the state shares in the organizations which are in republican property" the following changes:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Transfer the state block of shares of JSC IFC to payment of the placed shares of Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company (further - JSC FPK)".;

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with JSC FPK (under approval), the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
