For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.19 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 22, 2005 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About precious metals and gemstones" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 317:

1. Approve "Rules and cases of conducting examination of the objects made of the precious metals and gemstones which are stored in the museums and other places established by the legislation" (are attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

These rules are prepared for the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.19 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About precious metals and gemstones" of November 22, 2005 No. 317 and determine rules and cases of conducting examination of the objects made of the precious metals and gemstones which are stored in the museums and other places established by the legislation.
