Make the following changes to "The rule of training of citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic in foreign countries, foreigners and stateless persons in the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2015 No. 125 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 5, Article 613; 2016, No. 6, Article 1200, No. 12, Article 2239; 2017, No. 4, Article 671; 2018, No. 11, article 2430, No. 12 (book II), Article 2741; 2019, No. 2, Article 357; 2021, No. 3, Article 294):
