About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2011 No. 1374 and of October 18, 2021 No. 588
Based on Item 2 of article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2024 No. 450 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the paragraph the second Item parts two 6, the paragraph the second parts two of Item 7 and the paragraph the fourth Item 11 of the Regulations on procedure for use of the certificate on the provided providing, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of October 14, 2011 with No. 1374, the word "national" to replace with the word "republican" in the corresponding case;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2021 No. 588 "About recognition by the national guarantor":
in the name and preamble to replace the word "national" with the word "republican" in the corresponding case;
in Item 1 of the word Beltamozhservice and "national" to replace respectively with the words "BELTAMOZhSERVIS" and "republican".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 5, 2025.
