About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817 and of October 20, 2010 No. 1520

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the reference of products (works, services) to products (works, services) of own production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817:

add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the production and engineering organization - the legal entity who is carrying out research, developmental and experienced and technological works, development of the software (if necessary), the production of parts of products which is transferring to contractors and (or) contractors design documentation and materials (if necessary) for production of parts of products and (or) accomplishment of separate technological transactions, carrying out final transactions of engineering procedure on assembly of end products, installation of the software (if necessary), to adjustment, testing and being the legal owner of end products on the property right, economic maintaining, operational management.";

to exclude from paragraph one of item 4 of the word "and (or) beyond its limits";

in Item 5:

third to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:

"works of contractors and (or) services of the contractors of production nature who are carried out and (or) rendered based on civil agreements in case of accomplishment directly the producer of products of the transactions of production and (or) engineering procedure providing giving to initial materials of properties of end products. At the same time the cost portion of works of contractors and (or) services of contractors shall not exceed 15 percent in unit cost of the producer of products, except for the case specified in part three of this Item.";
