About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 410 "About the organizations which without fail create rescue services" to add appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2021 with Item 29-1 of the following content:
"29-1. Plant of Case Products private company, Minsk region.";
1.2. in paragraph one of Item 5 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2024 "About humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Zimbabwe" the words "in 2024" shall be replaced with words No. 382 "in 2024-2025";
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2024 No. 582 "About humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Kenya and the Republic of Zimbabwe":
in Item 1 of the word "according to appendix (further-the humanitarian assistance)" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix 1";
add the resolution with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:
"1-1. To provide to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry release (leave) and registration of material values for humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Kenya according to appendix 2.
1-2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations provide return to the Ministry of Health, the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom and in the state material reserve of the material values issued (released) according to appendix 1.";
the second Item 2 to state part in the following edition:
"Determine that the organization of delivery of the humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Kenya is performed by the republican logistic unitary enterprise "BELINTERTRANS", including with involvement of the third parties.";
