About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 No. 437 "About utilization of vehicles":
add the resolution with Items 3-3 and 3-4 of the following content:
"3-3. The rates of utilization collection specified in subitems 2.8 and 2.13 of Item 2 appendices 2, are applied to the imported truck tractors of ecological classes 5 and 6:
within the quantity determined in 2025 and 2026 by the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Industry ministry, on condition of approval of acquisition of the imported vehicles by the Ministry of Transport and Communications according to the procedure, it established;
over limits of the quantity determined in 2025 and 2026 by the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Industry ministry, on condition of approval of acquisition of the imported vehicles by the Commission on questions of industrial policy according to the procedure, No. 675 established by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2024 "About procedure for approval of acquisition of vehicles".
