About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2023 No. 43

1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2023 No. 43 "About the list of legal entities, the realization of firewood in the prepared type by which it is enabled out of the exchange biddings" the following changes:
add appendix with Item 260-1 of the following content:
"260-1. Public institution "Baranovichi operational management of Armed Forces".";
to exclude from Item 263 of the word "military unit No. 49417";
state Item 302 in the following edition:
"302. Public institution "Minsk operational management of Armed Forces".";
add appendix with Item 1285-1 of the following content:
"1285-1. Erlen limited liability company.";
exclude Item 1965.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
