About modification of the Regulations on use of airspace of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on use of airspace of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 6, 2017 No. 954 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 101, Art. 3118; 2022, No. 4, the Art. 192) changes which are applied.

2. In three-months time to provide to the central executive bodies reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on use of airspace of Ukraine

1. To exclude the subitem 6 of Item 5.

2. Exclude Item 10.

3. In Item 18:

"18. The user of airspace for the purpose of implementation of activities for use of airspace submits the request for use of airspace to bodies of the joint civil and military system of air traffic management. In case of accomplishment of flights in the conditions of general air traffic instead of the request for use of airspace giving by the user of airspace of flight plan is allowed.";
