About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394:
in part two of Item 42 of the word "TKP 181-2009 (02230)" shall be replaced with words "TKP 181-2023 (33240)";
to add Item 109 after words of "security measures" with the words "according to requirements of TKP-181";
to add part one of Item 115 with words ", to timely carry out maintenance and to ensure safety of the operated electroinstallations with observance of requirements of TKP-181 for electroinstallations of the citizens using electrical energy for household consumption";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2015 No. 375 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for distribution of the money which arrived from realization of gaseous fuel and electrical energy":
to state the name and preamble in the following edition:
"About procedure for distribution of the money which arrived from realization of gaseous fuel and electrical energy
Based on subitem 3.29 of Item 3 of Article 174 and subitem 3.33 of Item 3 of article 175 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Regulations on the procedure for distribution of the money which arrived from realization of gaseous fuel and electrical energy, approved by this resolution:
to exclude from the paragraph of the seventh Item 3 of the word "according to the legislation";
in Item 13:
"2 "Report on Results of Production Economic Activity on Gas Leave" regional gas to exclude forms of the departmental reporting from paragraph one of subitem 13.1 of the word;
